Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Tom - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships
• We will train you for any of the above, selling or the ability to persuade is the #1 ability we are looking to cultivate

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Illinois Insurance Producers Licenses Required (must possess now or possess ability acquire asap)
• Previous/current experience preferred
• Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude
• Possess a genuine and willingness to learn and be coachable
• Convincing/Persuasive
