Responsibilities
- Primary Focus: Lead the transition for new buildings joining Daisy, ensuring consistent and efficient execution of all steps.
- Serve as the main contact for board members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication during transitions.
- Collaborate with other departments in Daisy to identify and implement process improvements.
- Take ownership of projects, driving them to completion with minimal supervision.
- Identify and address underperformance and improve processes.
Requirements
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in business operations \ project management \ Implementation Manager \ General Operations.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- NYC Office - Onsite
- Proven ability to manage recurring processes with high motivation and resilience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex processes.
- High reliability and accountability.
- Comfortable making calls and engaging with customers.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, clarify paths forward, and identify areas needing development.
- Bachelor's degree.
Salary Range
$65,000-$70,000
