Oversee the operations of a restaurant during regular business hours. Your primarily goal is to ensure that breakfast service runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets high standards or quality and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities- Work 6 days a week open to close. Always be on time and have discipline. You are an example to your staff.
1. Staff Management- Supervise and schedule staff (servers, cooks, hosts, etc.)
2. Be knowledgeable and coach employees in a positive way every day. Ensue all team members are following company policies.
3. Customer Service- Every table needs to be checked up on and have a positive dining experience. Handle complaints and special requests in a professional way.
4. Food and beverage oversight.
5. Financial & Operational Duties.
6. Compliance and Cleanliness.
