We are looking for Kitchen Shift Leads who are committed to inspiring an up-beat, productive and fun team environment. You will help grow the business by creating genuine experiences and building positive relationships with guests, our team, and vendors.
Our family of restaurants includes American Beauty Steakhouse, The Win~Dow, Superba Food + Bread, Superba Snacks + Coffee, and Pitfire PIzza.
Requirements
We offer:
- Competitive wages + TIPS ( ~$25 - $29 / hour including tips)

Want a piece of this pie? We are looking for team members who have:
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast casual environment that values quality food, with at least one year in a Kitchen Supervisor or Shift Lead role- pizza experience a plus!
- Focus on building positive relationships with guests and team members
- Commitment to our service standards and excellent training
- Create a memorable experience for every guest and role model heartfelt hospitality
