Key Responsibilities:
Prep Cooks & Line Cooks:
- Assist in preparation and execution of banquet and event menus
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Dishwashers:
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized dish area
- Assist with trash removal and general kitchen upkeep
- Support overall kitchen cleanliness and health code compliance
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen or banquet setting preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn, work hard, and be part of a team
- Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable transportation to and from work
