Loucks is seeking a motivated Survey Office Technician or Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT) who is open to the challenges of working on a multitude of projects and is an enthusiastic learner.
This is for a full-time position in our Plymouth office with opportunities to work remotely.

We are currently searching for candidates with AutoCAD Civil 3D experience. Having a two-year or four-year degree in land surveying is preferred but not required. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Conducting research of county records, utility company records, and aerial mapping.
- Analyzing field notes, legal descriptions, and easement documents.
- Using AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce drawings of Boundary, Topographic, and ALTA surveys, exhibits, preliminary plats, and final plats.
- Communicating with field crews and computing data for field work and construction staking.
- Opportunities in unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), laser scanning, and point cloud processing.
