Job Overview:

The firm represents clients on a variety of legal matters, including shareholder agreements, non-compete agreements, severance packages, wrongful discharge, corporate agreements and transactions, commercial and residential leasing and real estate matters, supply chain issues, regulatory compliance, and employment issues.
Responsibilities:
- Directly and indirectly contributes to the financial success of the Firm.
- Actively promotes professionalism, collegiality, and diversity within and outside the Firm.
- Delivers excellent customer service and quick follow-up to internal and external clients.
- Possesses strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
- Prepare correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Monitor routine to complex corporate legal matters to formulate next course of action and ensure deadlines are maintained.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations and provide authoritative legal advice for individuals and businesses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Serve as a resource for less experienced Junior Associates.
- Engage in business development, amplifying firm services to new and prospective clients.
- Represent and promote the firm within the community and at public, social, and business gatherings.
- Assign and review the work of support staff, as may be required.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Corporate Business and Transactional Law
- Juris Doctorate
- Admission to the Ohio Bar
- Strong writing, analytical and research skills
- Spirit of collaboration with other attorneys
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
