Job Summary:
The Manager of Human Capital Intelligence (HCI) is responsible for leading the strategic development and operational delivery of workforce analytics and insights. This role oversees the collection, analysis, and interpretation of human capital data to support data-driven decision-making across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines technical analytics expertise with a deep understanding of HR practices to drive talent strategies and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of the organization's human capital analytics strategy.
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of analysts and data specialists.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify workforce trends and solve complex talent-related challenges.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide actionable insights on workforce metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, DEI, performance, engagement).
- Oversee data governance and ensure data quality and integrity across HR systems.
- Conduct predictive modeling and scenario planning related to talent acquisition, retention, performance, and workforce planning.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on data analysis and organizational trends.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, benchmarking, and emerging technologies in HR analytics.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering enterprise-level analytics projects.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP), and analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Deep understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven organization.
- Certification in HR Analytics, SHRM, or similar credentials.
- Experience with AI/ML applications in talent intelligence.
