Job Summary
- Able to know how to Disassembly and Assembly a mold.
- Ability to inspect stack components.
- Able to know how to use the Ultrasonic cleaner for the components.
- Able to do troubleshooting molds.
- Able to measure points, lines, planes, 3D features, alignment and orientation.
- Able to understand software like SolidWorks.
- Able to understand how to import Cad models.
- Study blueprints of the mold and plastic piece part and verify specifications.
- Evaluate parts to specification and record results.
- Inspect and document in coming inspection of outsource components.
- Identify non-conforming product and notify manager of ant potential problems.
- Document spending for all projects inside a excel file.
- Document paperwork in the network
- Learn how Tririga system works
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
SKILL/EDUCATION- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in mold manufacturing
