Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including handling reservations and payments.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced.
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests over the phone.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience front desk operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
- knowledge in using multi-line phone systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
