We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Assist guests with special requests, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries accurately.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Strong skills in hospitality management, guest relations, and phone systems are highly valued.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
