Join Our Team as an Office Administrator
We’re seeking a highly organized, poised, and proactive professional to take on a pivotal role at the heart of our operations. As our Office Administrator, you won’t just keep things running—you’ll elevate how we run. You’ll provide essential support to our CEO and leadership team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple office locations, and serve as a key internal resource for our staff.
This role combines the sharp instincts of an executive assistant, the systems mindset of an office manager, and the agility of someone who just knows how to get things done. If you’re detail-driven, unflappable, and take pride in being the one everyone counts on, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, handling calendars, meeting prep, and sensitive communications
- Provide administrative support to VPs and other leadership as needed
- Oversee daily operations for 3+ office locations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and onsite needs
- Maintain shared resources, internal documentation, and company knowledge bases
- Manage onboarding and offboarding checklists, internal scheduling, and light HR or compliance coordination
- Travel occasionally to regional offices to assess needs and ensure consistency
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years in a professional administrative, operations, or executive support role
- Exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and professionalism
- Confidence managing multiple priorities with limited oversight
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, CRM systems, and a technology-forward mindset
- A calm, solutions-oriented approach—especially when juggling multiple needs
Management Style
We provide clear expectations, consistent communication, and a high level of trust. You’ll be expected to manage your time, responsibilities, and recurring tasks independently, while knowing when to flag issues or suggest improvements. We value calm under pressure, common sense over red tape, and proactive thinking above all else. This isn’t a “sit and wait for instructions” role—it’s a cornerstone position with room to own your systems and make them shine.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
- You’ll work directly with leadership and be central to how the company functions
- You’ll enjoy variety, autonomy, and a fast-paced but respectful work culture
- You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that values your insight, loyalty, and problem-solving skills
- You’ll help build scalable systems for a growing organization
