Busy home health care company is in need of an efficient Office Assistant.
We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant within a 10 to 15 min driving distance from West Hartford to work a Mon to Fri shift from 1pm to 5pm schedule.
After a probationary period, this role has the potential to become a full-time role as a Care Coordinator with a Mon to Fri shift from 9am to 5pm schedule.

Duties include:
- Answering and record calls into client/employee profiles in homecare software regarding client or social workers complaints/concerns, employee issues, and one-time only service
- Check e-mail daily for important information and/or reminders regarding caregivers/clients, company policies, or procedures
- Work alongside Care Coordinators to fill any open or new referrals given by state care managers with compatible employees (within 1-2 days) and perform client evaluations or Meet and Greet visitation
- Edit schedules when there are changes to schedule in a timely manner
- Create and maintain client/employee records on homecare software (training provided)
- Typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products a must.
