Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Transcribe notes and dictations as needed.
- Utilize Google Suite and other computerized systems to maintain records and manage data.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols.
- Assist with various tasks related to medical office operations, such as patient registration or insurance verification.
- Provide exceptional customer support to patients or clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
-Case management-Compile bills and records
-communicate with other health care professionals and attorneys in professional manner.
-participate in marketing events
-Assist in patients treatment
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in proofreading documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with Google Suite or other similar software for document management and collaboration.
- Experience working in a medical office or dental office setting is a plus.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in customer support is highly desirable.
