As the administrative and financial linchpin of our organization, you’ll blend accounting acumen with organizational wizardry. You’ll manage our day-to-day operations while ensuring our books are as clean as our drone lenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing—because happy employees = high-altitude results.
- Human Resources Support: Onboard new hires, manage benefits, maintain employee records, and occasionally solve disputes with the grace of a seasoned air traffic controller.
- Monthly Financial Oversight: Track and report monthly expenses, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and cost forecasting.
- Credit Card Reconciliation: Review and reconcile company credit card transactions—no mystery charges escape your radar.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, meetings, and company events; serve as the logistical backbone for cross-departmental operations.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with leadership to streamline office procedures and improve back-office performance metrics.
Requirements:
- CPA certification (active or in good standing)
- Proven experience in payroll, HR support, and office management
- Financial fluency with a knack for numbers and compliance
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial software tools
- A “can-do” attitude with a “won’t-miss-a-detail” mindset
