Job Description:
As an Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the office, manage office supplies and equipment, and support the smooth running of the team. You will also be responsible for bookkeeping, financial tracking, and reporting to ensure the company’s finances are in order.

Key Responsibilities:

· Bookkeeping & Financial Management:

o Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

o Prepare financial reports, track expenses, and assist with budgeting.

o Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

o Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.

· Office Management:

o Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.

o Order office supplies and manage inventory.

o Schedule meetings, coordinate office events, and manage calendars.

o Ensure a clean and productive work environment.

· Team Coordination & Support:

o Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient daily operations.

o Provide support to senior management and staff, addressing any office-related needs.

o Handle vendor relationships, office maintenance, and facility needs.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or in a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently.

· Familiarity with payroll systems and tax compliance.

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in accounting or business administration are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

· Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role.

· Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information.

· Knowledge of HR practices is a plus.
