We are a Holistic Chiropractic Clinic looking to expand our team. We are searching for a desk office assistant who interacts well with people. We need someone who is eager to learn about health and can be an advocate for the health services we provide. This can be great for anyone who is interested in working part time as an office assistant or even someone who wants to get into the health and wellness field.
The ideal candidate is someone who:

- wants to learn and is passionate about health and wellness
- wants to be on the cutting edge of health and wellness
Duties:
- Greet patients with warm personality and good customer service
- Helps patient to get in treatment modality / helps patient getting out of modality
- Keeps timers on all treatments
- Cleans and preps modality immediately after use
- Perform any other duties that are needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to keep up with the high paced flow of our office
- Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instruction
- Ability to organize and communicate clearly
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information
- Ability to be on your feet the majority of time
- Self-motivated to work
Working Hours:
- 16 hours per week
- Monday - Thursday 2pm-6pm
- There could be opportunity for more hours in the future.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
