We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations & Data Assistant to support our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy of our data and ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Excel, and has a strong focus on details and consistency. 
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support, 80%: 

• Audit and verify data for errors and inconsistencies in spreadsheets and reports. 
• Support team members with data tracking, reporting and documentation. 
• Help improve existing processes and maintain accurate records across all systems. 
• Proactively identify and flag issues or inconsistencies that require attention. 

Data Management & Analysis, 20%:

• Manage, organize and clean data within spreadsheets.
• Utilize Excel functions and formulas (VLOOKUP, SUM, IF) to analyze information and generate reports.
• Create and maintain Pivot Tables to summarize and present data.
• Assist with transferring data between various systems while ensuring accuracy.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $40,000-$45,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
