Part-time position around 12-15 hours a week.
Job duties include:
- Orders/returns
- Adjustments, warranty and minor repairs
- Inventory/stock management
- Invoice/billing management
- Vendor communications
- Customer communications
- Any other office-related tasks as needed
Experience:
- Optician or working in an Optical store
- Can type 50+ words per minute
- Written communication - Customer service and Clients
- Working with Frames, Lenses, Prescriptions, Vision and Dispensing
Flexible shifts between 9am-3pm Mon-Fri.
Casual work environment involving mostly backoffice work.
