Our new team member will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling patients, verifying insurance, and other tasks that arise on a day-to-day basis while providing a great interpersonal experience for our patients. We are looking for a candidate that has exceptional communication skills, is flexible as the office grows, has the ability to multitask, and most of all the passion to be instrumental in helping to lay the foundation for our growing private optometry practice.
Your role would be patient care coordinator/front desk/technician. You would work as a team with our current staff to help prepare patients for their exam, including appointment scheduling, appointment check-in and check-out and pre-testing.

Responsibilities of this role include:
- Schedule appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits from a variety of medical and vision plans
- Greet patients and customers, answering their questions in a friendly, informative, and efficient manner
- Stocking and Inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, well stocked work environment
- Answer phone calls
- Have the willingness and flexibility to learn and adapt in a variety of situations
- Have the desire and investment in the practice to help with promotion and growth
Hours: Monday 8AM - 5 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 AM - 5 PM, and Wednesday 9 AM - 6 PM. We are closed on Fridays.
