Initiates records for new clients and creates computer index. Prepares file labels and maintains and audits filing sequence
Connects with treatment providers and coordinate treatment plan for clients.
Update client with appointments and provide transportation assistance if needed.
Verify balances throughout treatment and update client folders accordingly.
Prepare, draft and compile demand packages to send to the Insurance companies.
Work with Attorney to prepare pre-suit demand packages.
MUST HAVE 1-3 year experience and references .
