Summary
As a Pet Bather at 5th Avenue Fido, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and well-being of our furry guests. This position involves bathing and grooming dogs to ensure they look and feel their best while providing exceptional care and customer service to pet owners.
Responsibilities
- Wash and groom dogs according to breed standards and individual needs.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all pets during bathing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness in the bathing area and grooming tools.
- Communicate with the salon manager.
- Assist with animal handling while in the salon as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to pet owners
Requirements
- Experience in animal handling or pet care is preferred.
- Strong understanding of dog behavior and grooming techniques.
- Ability to lift heavy dogs as required for bathing tasks.
- A passion for animal care and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
