Position: Project Manager/ Coordinator
Location: Irvine, CA 92603 (17200 Laguna Canyon Road)
Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension
Pay Rate: $35/hr

Job Description:
- The Program/Project Manager will be responsible for managing the execution of programs and projects, which may include overseeing single or multiple initiatives.
- This role may also involve managing project and/or program managers within the assigned scope.
- The individual will work within defined budget, schedule, and scope constraints, while proactively managing risks and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
- Manage the execution of programs and projects, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and scope.
- Apply established project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry (mandatory).
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within project/program management.
- Ability to apply knowledge and skills to complete assigned work independently.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
