Harmony Hearts Consulting is seeking a friendly and reliable Receptionist to support our office operations. This role will be in-office with occasional work-from-home flexibility. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping create a welcoming and professional environment.
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Pay: $16/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in person and by phone
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Respond to emails and handle basic administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized front office space
- Support the team with data entry, filing, and client communication
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email)
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
