Job Summary:
My VA Hire is seeking a team of dynamic and motivated Recruiters to drive sale. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing clients, by leveraging their sales expertise to promote our dynamic team of virtual assistants. This role offers a competitive commission structure, earning 50% of every client account you close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, social media, and other lead-generation strategies.
- Client Engagement: Build relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting the value of MY VA Hire, and its candidate pool.
- Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the sales funnel, from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct consultations to assess client needs, address objections, and demonstrate how our VAs can assist in transforming their businesses.
- CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven recruiting experience, preferably for a recruitment agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to understand and articulate the unique value of My VA Hire’s candidates.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnels.
Compensation:
- Commission Structure: Earn 50% commission per client you close.
- Potential for additional bonuses based on performance milestones (to be determined).
- No base salary; this is a commission-based role with high earning potential.
