We’re seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who is ready to roll up their sleeves, make 100+ phone calls a day, and play a key role in building our growing organization. This is a high-energy, communication-driven role where you’ll be the first touchpoint for candidates, making them feel welcome and excited about the opportunities we offer.
What You’ll Do:
- Make 100+ outbound and inbound calls daily to engage with potential candidates
- Schedule and confirm interviews for applicants with our hiring team
- Assist in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified talent
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide a positive candidate experience by being professional, friendly, and helpful on every call
- Support the recruiting team in hitting hiring goals and building strong pipelines

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS to track candidates and manage the recruitment workflow.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist in campus recruitment efforts and participate in job fairs to attract potential candidates.
- Support executive recruiting initiatives by sourcing high-level talent for critical roles within the organization.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to improve recruiting strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources for a successful start.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources, with a focus on technical recruiting preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates at all levels.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and talent management practices.
- Experience using various HRIS platforms such as Paychex, ADP, or Kronos is advantageous.
- Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes, including leveraging platforms like LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Knowledge of employee evaluation processes and employee relations best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on building rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with training & development initiatives is a plus.
