The Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist plays a vital role in attracting, hiring, and welcoming top talent into our organization. This position manages the full-cycle recruitment process for positions and partners with hiring managers to ensure timely, strategic hiring decisions. Success is measured through key performance indicators such as time to hire, time to fill, new hire retention, candidate quality, and onboarding satisfaction. The Specialist also leads a seamless onboarding experience that helps new hires feel connected, informed, and prepared from day one
