We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in expanding and supporting our service provider network. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for new Independent Service Providers
- Actively work to fill network gaps and reduce service delays
- Create and manage ISP profiles using internal systems and tools
- Monitor recruitment progress using Excel and other reporting tools
- Assist Regional Service Managers with daily administrative support
- Handle ISP agreements and rate updates
- Keep detailed notes and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and databases
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Adaptable to changing priorities and business needs
- High attention to detail and commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or relevant technical training
- Previous experience in the home warranty or service industry
- Background in conflict resolution or vendor management
