What You'll Do
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Customer Support team.
- Handle a variety of administrative duties such as filing, record-keeping, and document preparation to maintain efficient office operations.
- Assist in tracking and managing Customer Support metrics and reporting trends to management.
- Coordinate communication between team members and other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries as needed, aiding in the resolution of support requests.
- Manage and update databases with customer and organizational information.
- Order and maintain supplies, ensuring the team is properly equipped to perform daily operations effectively.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to our administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack or Zoom.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Availability to work full-time hours with flexibility to adapt to team needs.
The pay range for this role is:
24.02 - 36.29 USD per hour(Remote (Anaheim, California, US))
