As a Member Service Representative at Mother Home Care, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their families. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience for our healthcare members. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely or in our office and is ideal for those passionate about enhancing the quality of care in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and support.
Assist members in navigating healthcare services, including scheduling appointments and explaining benefits.
Maintain detailed records of member interactions and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve service delivery.
Conduct outreach to members to gather feedback and enhance service quality.
Required Skills and Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in healthcare management or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skill
Experience working in a remote setting.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient rights.
