Job Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team. This position will be critical in sourcing and screening talent for various roles within the retail and field operations space. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and be passionate about delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Screening:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a wide variety of positions, with an emphasis on high-volume hiring. Use recruiting platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals to identify top talent.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates through professional and engaging communication.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand the needs of various departments and ensure the recruitment process is aligned with company goals.
Employer Branding:
- Assist in promoting Agile Retail as an employer of choice by contributing to recruitment marketing efforts and engaging with potential candidates.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2-4 years of high-volume recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent candidate and client experiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in the retail, logistics, or field operations sectors.
