We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that grow revenue, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen client relationships across our hotel and banquet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.
- Oversee public relations activities, including writing press releases and creating promotional content.
- Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and media placements to support brand awareness.
- Promote hotel and banquet services through events, site tours, and outreach to corporate, government, and social organizations.
- Respond to inquiries, conduct property tours, and secure bookings through contracts and consistent follow-up.
- Upsell services and packages to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful event planning and execution.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Manage administrative duties including reporting, CRM updates, and client communications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality, preferably in hotel or event environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Strong understanding of public relations, branding, and event coordination.
- Highly organized, proactive, and focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
