The Sales Coordinator will assist in the organization and clerical duties of the Sales Office by functioning as the central contact for information specific to this department.
Responsibilities
- Answer the phone and greet clients with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and professional, upholding a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness at all times.
- Manage an accurate, efficient filing system for storing sales documents, ensuring quick access and ease of use.
- Generate and distribute necessary departmental reports, ensuring all required information is delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Create polished, impactful sales presentation materials with guidance, leveraging available resources to enhance their effectiveness.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via phone, email, advertising, and trade shows, providing clear and helpful information.
- Draft, conceptualize, and send well-crafted correspondence and proposals, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all communications.
- Conduct engaging property tours for clients and prospects, effectively highlighting the property?s features, amenities, and services.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with all hotel departments, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration across teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Education and Experience
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and brand property Management System(s)
- Exercise excellent communication and listening skills
