The Customer Support & Sales Representative is responsible for bringing in new clients and ensuring a consistent customer onboarding experience. With an emphasis on developing and maintaining strong client relationships, the right person for this role will demonstrate outstanding sales and customer service skills. Reporting to the General Manager, they will assist in marketing efforts to bring students into the school, and play a key role in student retention.
Primary Duties:
- Manage incoming leads and pitch the various programs
- Guide customers through the onboarding experience
- Assist General Manager with a wide variety of tasks as required
- Schedule and lead tours for prospective students and parents
- Develop relationships with students and their families
- Answers phones and field inquiries
- Works on special projects, prepare reports, and other administration including billing
- Adheres to the SOR Code of Conduct, safety policies, including the Monitoring and Supervision policy.
Skill Requirements:
- Two years + working Front Desk, Reception, and/or Customer Service role
- Two years + in sales
- Welcoming, outgoing demeanor essential
- Takes initiative and is comfortable developing more efficient processes and procedures to improve profitability
- Interest in music and related arts
- Experience working with young people
