Our Sales Team in CHESAPEAKE, VA is growing, and we are searching for Sales Executives to grow and develop with us. We are seeking candidates that have 1-3 years of successful sales experience and have an aggressive sales instinct to find, develop, and close deals.


What We're Looking For:

We are seeking ambitious and driven sales professionals with at least 1-3 years of successful sales experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales instinct and a passion for building relationships and closing deals.

Your Role as a Sales Executive: As a Sales Executive, you will work on-site at our Chesapeake office, collaborating with an experienced and supportive sales team. In this role, you'll use a proactive, customer-focused approach to drive business growth. Most of your sales correspondence will occur through phone and email, but some could be in person. A background using the telephone for sales communications is a plus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing leads and opportunities efficiently.
  • Conducting in-depth discovery calls to understand customer needs.
  • Overcoming objections and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Accurately recording notes and progress in our CRM.
  • Actively prospecting to identify new opportunities.
  • Following up with potential clients through all forms of communication.

Compensation:

We offer an excellent compensation package that includes:

  • A competitive base salary.
  • Uncapped commissions and a monthly bonus package.
  • Total expected earning potential in your initial year, including base salary and commissions ranges $60,000-$90,000 annually (dependent on performance and experience).
