We are seeking driven, articulate, and highly motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our in-office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to business owners to identify funding needs
- Present financing solutions clearly and effectively
- Collaborate with senior team members to close deals
- Build and manage client relationships across industries
- Maintain detailed records using Salesforce CRM
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive and team-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment
- Background in finance, sales, athletics, or recent college graduate is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary plus commission (up to 50% split)
- Top performers earn $10,000–$25,000+ per month
