We need a friendly, outgoing, and computer savvy person as our Patient Coordinator at the front desk!!
Providence Orthodontics is a well known and respected boutique orthodontic practice. We are customer-centric, professional and our goal is to help our patients get the exceptional smile they want and deserve.
4 1/2 days per week position: In East Providence and Providence Locations
Patient Coordinator duties include:
- Greet guests and sign them into the appointment schedule.
- Answer phones and make outgoing calls for appointment scheduling.
- Operate a computer terminal to look up information on insurance plans, schedule appointments, and take payments.
- Oversee automatic appointment reminders via email and text.
- Perform financial data entry work as part of the Accounts Receivable team.
- Assist doctor with fee presentation for new patients.
- Offer administrative support as part of office support team.

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
