Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, trade-skilled individual with a positive attitude to join our team as a Support Technician. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and can work both independently and alongside a teammate.
In this position, you’ll be paired with a counterpart — the two of you will assist one another and adjust based on workload, ensuring different areas of the shop always get the support they need. You will also be responsible for auto glass removal and replacement (with training provided).
What You’ll Do

- Assist other staff and departments as needed
- Assist with cleaning and detailing vehicles
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Perform general shop maintenance and repairs as needed
- Remove and replace auto glass (training provided)
- Apply additional skills in areas like tire service or other shop-related maintenance tasks
- Work independently while also collaborating closely with your counterpart to balance workloads
- Contribute to a positive team environment with an upbeat, can-do attitude
- Participate in training and education opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical or trade-related skills – experience in auto body, automotive, or similar field preferred
- Skills in tires, auto glass, or general maintenance are a big plus
- Some mechanical ability is highly valued
- Able to work well independently, but also team-oriented and willing to assist your counterpart as needed
- Positive, team-focused attitude that motivates and uplifts those around you
- Willingness to learn and grow in the collision repair industry
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing workloads
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Valid driver’s license required
Why Join Us?
At Bumper to Bumper Body & Paint, you’ll be part of a skilled and supportive team that values craftsmanship, adaptability, and growth. You’ll have the opportunity to develop new skills, gain hands-on training in auto glass services, and contribute to the success of a respected, certified collision repair shop.
If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready to bring both your skills and positive energy to a team that works together and supports each other — we’d love to talk with you!
