What You’ll Do:
As a valued member of the broader Administration team, you will be relied upon to assist the Spirit Committee and to contribute value to the bank’s associate engagement initiatives. You will build rapport with internal and external stakeholders and become a key player in strengthening the culture of our bank. You will perform a wide variety of support functions for the Spirit Committee, engaging with internal associates and external partners while providing legendary service levels, and provide administrative support as needed. Your strong combination of interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills makes you a valued resource and partner.
Key Accountabilities:
Spirit Committee:
- Monitor the 14 Spirit and 14 RESPECT inboxes for communication and route for appropriate responses.
- Coordinate blood drives throughout the year, including the 4 Charity Challenges, by scheduling dates and locations and drafting email communications.
- Draft communication for bank-wide events, such as SKC jeans days, surprise jeans days, fun days, and ticket giveaways, including timely artwork requests from Marketing.
- Order and organize delivery of items for identified Fun days, like the Easter egg contest and cookie distribution.
- Manage and route prizes won through contests to team members.
- Assist with tracking volunteer time and communicating volunteer events, such as Habitat for Humanity, Harvesters, and other volunteer opportunities. Be the primary contact for our team of volunteers at designated volunteer locations.
- Prepare a monthly spreadsheet with anniversaries and send anniversary emails to all team members.
- Assist with rally planning and organizing, officer meetings, and other events, including greeting and checking in attendees.
- Engage with branches as the face of the Spirit Committee.
Donation/Sponsorship Committee:
- Organize requests for meetings and pull documents from Paperform into the meeting folder.
- Prepare the Paperform meeting site and send emails to collect votes.
- Submit check requests to accounting for approved requests.
- Track and monitor all check requests on a spreadsheet, including documentation of received and mailed checks.
- Write letters to accompany checks and prepare acknowledgment forms.
- Notify requesting parties of approval status and approval amounts.
- Ensure appropriate attendance and use of tickets for events, golf teams, and other sponsored activities.
Financial Partnership Programs:
- Monitor the 14 Spirit inbox for any communication and route for appropriate responses.
- Prepare letters and emails for selected scholarship recipients.
- Print and prepare scholarship certificates for each recipient.
- Coordinate with schools to obtain dates for ceremonies and organize CBMW team attendance for certificate presentation.
- Schedule, plan, and organize the scholarship reception, including invitations, location, food and drinks, and event presentations.
- Communicate with selected recipients to collect senior photos, student ID numbers, the school they will be attending, and mailing addresses for scholarship funds.
- Prepare and send check requests to accounting for each scholarship.
- Prepare and mail letters and checks for scholarship funds.
- Partner with area schools to support additional financial partnership programs as needed.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support for various chamber and community partnerships, including ticket coordination and event planning.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and overall calendar management
- Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.

QualificationsYou’ve Got This:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- 2+ years of experience in event planning and coordination.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
