Hungry Like The Woof, a reputable holistic veterinary office in Vint Hill VA (just outside of Warrenton), is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist/Customer Service associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be mature, friendly, hard-working, punctual, and someone who loves people and pets. This person should be great at multi-tasking and working independently.
Duties:
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients and patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining customer records in our system
- Answering phone calls, texts, and emails addressing client inquiries or concerns
- Collecting payments for products and services rendered.
- Assisting the vet when needed
This person will be also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store and exam rooms, ordering products, and stocking shelves as needed.
Pay is commiserate with experience.
No Evenings, Sundays or Mondays!
Requirements:- Must be 18 or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
