The Role: Youth Basketball Official (aka Game Day MVP)
This isn’t just about calling fouls—you’ll be a leader, mentor, and hype person for kids ages 5–10. You’ll keep the games flowing, keep it safe, and make sure everyone leaves smiling.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep the game fair, fun, and safe (enforce rules).
- Encourage sportsmanship & teamwork every game.
- Bring energy & positivity that keeps players and parents engaged.
- Be the role model kids look forward to seeing each week.
- Strong communicator who connects with kids and parents.
- Experience playing, coaching, or officiating sports (bonus if it’s basketball).
- Positive, outgoing personality with leadership presence.
- Reliable & flexible for weekend shifts (~7-week season).
- Someone who loves being part of the game and creating memories for kids.
