  • Identify new benefit opportunities and support business impact assessments.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes across complex transformation programs.
About You
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering benefits in large, complex transformation environments (Government experience highly preferred).
  • Solid experience with SAP ERP programs
  • Strong experience developing benefits strategies, plans, maps, profiles, and measurement frameworks.
  • Proven ability to identify, benchmark, manage, and realise benefits and dis‑benefits.
  • High financial acumen with the ability to translate benefits into financial savings.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills.
