The Transformation office is seeking a Business Analyst to support business transformation by documenting existing processes across various functions, including Customer and IT, uncovering process optimisation opportunities and process overlaps, to assist in designing a more effective way of working.
6 month fixed term contract
About the role
- Understand and document business processes and workflows to improve critical business processes, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver meaningful improvements that drive efficiency, accuracy and customer outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops to gather, validate current processes and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and engagement
- Identify process optimisation and recommend practical automation and optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes
- Compile and/or validate business and system requirements
- Contribute to quality discovery/ideation requirements and assist in producing solutions
About you:
- 5 plus years’ experience and deep knowledge of business process mapping
- Proven experience in process mapping and process optimisation
- Proven experience in process mapping tools and methodologies to facilitates workshops using BPMNI, SIPOCs, RACIs
- Excellent end to end delivery experience and ability to juggle multiple workstreams
- A business specialist, with the ability to liaise and influence with a variety of stakeholders by translating complex information into understandable, business language
- Prior experience working in a Retail environment is highly regarded
