ICT Technology Services Manager

Salary: $140,000 – $155,000 per year

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Technology Services Manager to lead technology operations, systems strategy and business improvement initiatives within a professional services environment.

Acting as the primary technology lead, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and external technology partners to assess current capabilities, drive continuous improvement and deliver technology initiatives that support business growth, efficiency and operational excellence.

This role offers a unique blend of technology leadership, systems ownership, stakeholder engagement and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the organisation's technology roadmap.

Assess current technology platforms, processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Lead system implementations, upgrades, migrations and technology enhancement projects.

Manage relationships with external technology providers, vendors and managed service partners.

Provide technology leadership and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.

Oversee core business applications, technology services and operational performance.

Drive technology governance, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure technology solutions remain aligned to business objectives and future growth plans.

Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into practical technology outcomes.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

Experience leading technology environments within a complex business.

Vendor and managed service provider (MSP) management experience.

Exposure to enterprise application, platform or systems ownership.

Experience delivering technology upgrades, implementations or migration projects.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

A pragmatic, commercially focused approach to technology leadership.

The ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight.

Highly Regarded

Professional services, legal, consulting, accounting or financial services experience.

Microsoft 365 ecosystem experience.

Technology roadmap and transformation exposure.

Business systems optimisation and application management experience.

Technology governance, risk and compliance exposure.
