Senior Business Analyst - Platform Migration Delivery (12 months max-term contract)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support delivery of a major platform migration program. This role will work closely with the Project Manager, Testing Manager, business stakeholders and vendor teams to help drive requirements clarity, solution readiness, test preparation, and successful business outcomes.

This is a hands-on role that combines business analysis, delivery coordination and UAT support within a fast-paced, high-profile transformation program.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Project Manager to coordinate delivery activities, manage key workstreams and support governance outcomes.
• Work with business stakeholders to analyse, document and validate requirements, processes and business impacts.
• Support the Testing Manager and test team in translating requirements into test scenarios, test cases and traceability artefacts.
• Assist with UAT planning and execution activities, helping to coordinate business participation and readiness.
• Perform hands-on testing where required, including test execution, defect triage and business validation.
• Track requirements, decisions, risks, actions and outcomes through Jira and related delivery tools.
• Build strong relationships across product, operations, compliance, technology teams and the external platform vendor.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including exploration of AI-assisted testing and delivery practices.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale transformation or platform migration programs.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience supporting UAT and business readiness activities in partnership with dedicated testing teams.
• Financial services experience highly regarded, particularly within wealth management, investments or superannuation platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Experience working with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively from operational users through to executive stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in complex environments with evolving priorities and competing demands.
