We are partnering with an innovative and forward-thinking organisation seeking a hands-on AI Business Analyst to join their Data & Digital team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving AI adoption across the business, helping teams turn innovative ideas into practical, secure and scalable solutions.

The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation in business analysis, alongside hands-on experience with AI tools, automation and process improvement.

The Role Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, supporting the development and implementation of AI-enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gather and document business requirements, process maps and gap analyses for AI-enabled initiatives.
  • Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and system improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Assess proposed AI solutions and recommend appropriate approaches, including automation, integration or system development.
  • Prepare technical documentation and handover materials to support security, governance and implementation.
  • Collaborate with external consultants, technology vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Support AI adoption across the organisation through workshops, training and practical guidance.
  • Promote effective use of AI tools, including Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong requirements gathering, process mapping and UAT capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-enabled tools, workflows, automations or integrations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Claude, including Claude Code, and Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
  • Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, data privacy and governance considerations.
  • Experience working with external vendors or consultants to support technical delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and supporting business users with new technologies.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies.
Highly Regarded
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI integrations or connectors.
  • Exposure to Workato or similar integration platforms.
  • Experience supporting system integrations or data migrations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Salesforce or NetSuite.
  • Previous experience within the property or real estate sector.
