Description and Requirements

Key Duties:

Operations – Administer and troubleshoot Cisco switches/routers and firewalls; daily backup monitoring, capacity planning, and preventive maintenance.

Incident & Change Management – Act as escalation point for network incidents; root cause analysis; backup/restore operations (NetBackup).

Security & Compliance – Execute patching, certificate renewals, vulnerability remediation; participate in annual DR and Site Failover drills.

Vendor & Asset Management – Vendor escalation and SLA monitoring; maintain asset/configuration records; support audits and procurement.

Documentation – Maintain network diagrams and procedures; conduct knowledge-sharing and handover sessions.
