Test Manager - Workday System Implementation

• Initial 6-month contract with the potential view to extend
• Flexible work from home arrangement with 2 days' onsite

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join a reputable education client. You will be leading testing activities for a new Workday Procurement System Implementation. This role will own testing planning and coordinator across system integration testing, UAT, and defect management, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall test strategy, plans and schedules
• Lead SIT and UAT across the Workday Procurement implementation
• Coordinate testing across business, technical and vendor teams
• Manage defects, risks, dependencies and resolution through to closure
• Track testing progress and provide clear reporting to project stakeholders
• Support testing readiness through to implementation and go-live

Essential Experience

• Strong experience as a Test Manager on large technology implementations
• Experience across Workday, Procurement and/or Finance systems
• Strong test planning, coordination and governance capability
• Demonstrated experience managing SIT, UAT and defect resolution
• Excellent stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• Experience within complex enterprise environments
