ABC Fitness is hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst to own recurring financial reporting, forecasting, and cost modeling across the Innovation portfolio's functional cost centers, including IT/Infrastructure and Support. You'll build and maintain the standardized reporting and financial models that functional leadership relies on every month, including cost and productivity models for our customer support operations. This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility to functional leadership across the portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Own the month-end close and monthly reporting cadence across functional cost centers within the Innovation portfolio, including IT/Infrastructure and Support, ensuring accuracy and data integrity at every close.
• Serve as the day-to-day finance point of contact for functional business partners, fielding recurring questions on spend and budget status.
• Build expense forecasts and dive deep into variance drivers, translating spend trends into clear, well-supported explanations for functional leadership.
• Own key financial models supporting strategic company initiatives, including cost and productivity modeling for customer support operations and other emerging technology transformation programs.
• Apply AI tools to automate recurring reporting and analysis work, continuously raising the bar on speed and accuracy as those tools mature.

What You’ll Need

• 4-8 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally supporting multiple functional cost centers in a fast-paced organization.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with recurring, deadline-driven reporting cycles.
• Ability to work independently on recurring, structured deliverables while escalating judgment calls appropriately.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, payments, or vertically integrated software companies preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• This role is based in Brazil and supports functional leadership across the Innovation portfolio, primarily located in the United States. You'll collaborate across time zones in an English-speaking finance environment, so comfort working with US-based stakeholders on a daily cadence is essential.
