In 2007, our founders recognized a critical gap in the IT services landscape: organizations needed more than just staffing - they needed a partner who could guide them through complex enterprise transformations. Starting with just 50+ employees, Kastech began as a competitive IT staffing and consulting provider, but quickly realized that to truly help clients succeed, they needed to offer end-to-end solutions that went beyond traditional staffing models. By 2012, that vision drove expansion into comprehensive ERP consulting, implementation services, data warehousing, and business intelligence. Today, Kastech has grown into a global IT services powerhouse with 1,000-5,000 employees and offices across North America, APAC, Latin America, the Middle East, and Australia. As a Workday partner and expert in SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Ellucian Banner, and emerging technologies like MuleSoft and GIS, we continue to evolve alongside our clients' needs - delivering innovative, scalable solutions that transform how businesses operate and compete in the digital age.
